-> If you are not satisfied with a BioCBD product, please send an email to info@biocbd.de within 30 days of receiving the goods. The email should contain the following elements:
- Your full name
- Your postal address
- Your order number (see confirmation email)
- For what reason do you want to exchange the product/refund?
-> After reviewing your application, we will send you a free return label.
-> The refund will be made via the payment method you used for your order.
The following conditions apply to the 30-day money-back guarantee:
- The money-back satisfaction guarantee only applies to purchases made in the online shop at www.biocbd.de
- The offer is only valid for end users – not for commercial customers.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds after 30 days.
- If you return the product WITHOUT the return label generated by us, you will have to bear the shipping costs yourself.
- The money-back guarantee can only be applied once per customer per product.
- When returning several packages of the same product, only one package may be opened in order to receive a refund for all products.
- The satisfaction guarantee cannot be applied to products that you received from us free of charge.
- Any discounts or other offers related to the original purchase will also be deducted in case of a possible refund.
